(Please refrain from applying if you do not enjoy working on Excel Sheets)   - Ensure timely completion of planned activities, UAT and on-time account go-live   - Deliver training to clients   - Ensuring daily interaction with clients and helping in resolving queries.  - Timely followup with clients and internal teams  - Identify bugs, loopholes and errors in the system and suggest solutions accordingly to the product manager  - Provide regular feedback to the Product Management and the product engineering teams to provide critical user experience inputs towards product development and improvement.   Keyskills:   - B.Tech with MBA (preferably in HR)  - Minimum 70% score in 10, 12, UG and PG (Mandatory)   - At least 1 years of prior enterprise software implementation experience preferably in the HR domain or cloud/SaaS solutions   - Exceptional logical and analytical abilities   - Understanding of HR function (or willingness to learn).
