Job Description: Manager – Employee Relations
Location: Delhi / NCR
Experience: 7 – 9 years
Preferred Industry: BPO / KPO
- Assist with the development, administration, support, and management of employee relations functions
- Manage employee relations program related to recruitment, compensation, disciplinary action, conflict resolution and interpretation/application of policies and collective agreement obligations in the form of counsel and advice.
- Provide advice and support on business restructuring programmes
- Provide Human Resources related training at all levels of management as needed
- Liaison with external bodies, work to improve all policies, staying up to date in market trends
- Develop process improvements for all aspects of the employee relations team, monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Represent the organisation in negotiation of collective agreements.
