HR- Employee Engagement (Female candidate; Location - Dahej, Gujarat)  Employee Engagement :   - Design and implement employee engagement strategy for the respective BU s  - Coordinator for the employee engagement activities at the factory site and organize the events like Family get-to-gather, communications meetings, awards function, energetic Sports meet etc.   - Carry out the people connect activities such as one-ones, open houses and town hall meetings on a periodic basis   - Clarify & resolve day-to-day HR issues in conformance with company's HR polices through departmental meetings and employee interactions  - Proactive approach in assessing employee pulse and designing customized solutions/interventions  - Participation in various HR audits- internal and external  - Implementing an IT Enabled grievance capture system for internal customers   - Work with the management to build an engaging workplace  - Implement the employee welfare programs and fun at work activities to enliven the work environment  Attrition Control and Retention Measures :   - Proactive approach towards identifying and minimizing the triggers for attrition   - Thorough exit interviews and analysis to ensure identifying the reasons for attrition   - Design customized solution/ interventions for retention of employees  Rewards and Recognition :   - Work with the BU management to ensure effective execution of the incentive plans   Career growth and development :   - Manage internal job movements within the organization   - Identify developmental needs   Compliance and culture :   - Create awareness on the organizational norms and priorities   - Educate the employee population on the expected behaviors at the workplace   Induction & Orientation :  - Ensure timely induction & Orientation  - Developing effective induction programmes, designing individual learning plans Delivery / facilitate / managing the respective training and development records  Training & Development :   - Capturing the employee training needs through employee engagement, surveys and feedback  - Organizing the T&D programs in coordination with internal and external agencies/ resource
