CI Lead  emids are the premier provider of healthcare IT services and leading Industry solutions.  - Currently we have an opening with our organization looking for - CI Lead.   Position : CI Lead  Location : Bangalore  Responsibilities :  - Adhere to all company Policies and Procedures and actively promotes Continuous Improvement and its activities and services to others.  - Presents, facilitates and leads assigned improvement projects using methods of data gathering and analysis, problem solving, project management and presentation skills.  - Follows up with project and functional teams to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, appropriate management support, and achievement of expected benefits.  - Reviews the improvement project's presentations of delivery and support functions prior to its approval.  - Develops reports of overall Continuous Improvement activities including accomplishments, dashboards and monthly status reports.  - Coordinates with delivery projects and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.  - Communicates with Learning and Development Function to ensure that the schedule for Continuous Improvement trainings is prepared.  - Conducts Continuous Improvement trainings.  Education :  - Bachelor's Degree in engineering.  - Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.  Experience And Skills :  - 6-10 years of total IT experience required with knowledge of software development life-cycles.  - At least 3-5 years of implementation experience of Lean Six Sigma projects.   - The candidate possesses and consistently demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methods as well as project management methods.   - The candidate should be able to utilize PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control), DMADV (Define-Measure-Analyze-Design-Verify) and Lean methodologies to successfully lead and manage completion of continuous improvement projects within a given time-frame.   - Under general supervision, the incumbent plans, coordinates, schedules, leads, evaluates, and completes assignments.   If interested, please apply with your latest word formatted resume along with contact information and CTC expectations.   Rima 080-41544623
