Senior Manager - Presales  Working across IT Service Centers, this role works closely with EMC sales, presales and delivery teams to coordinate and conduct the delivery of detailed IT solutions.  Principal Responsibilities  - Along with Business Relationship Manager, represent Service Area/Technology in the business unit and the business unit's interests in technology.   - Manages end to end design key criteria for services evaluation (ROI, new, updates, retirement, etc.). Integrates the day-to-day operations of the Service Portfolio Management Process with respect to its effectiveness and efficiency   - Recommends updates to EMC IT's Service Catalog. Manages SPM Pipeline of requests, demand, and initiatives.   - Integrated activity and direction that underpins all activity, capturing short, medium and long term goals and provides a high-level activity roadmap, including investment plan and key change programs   - Experience in Presales/Tech Solutions  - Understanding of technology and a keen learner  - Experience in program/project management Ability to drive accurate and timely decisions.   - Strategic planning abilities.   - Thorough understanding of financial statement analysis and/or secured financing.   - Mentoring/Coaching skills.  - Very strong communication skills
