Role : Manager - Marketing and Brand Communication - Chennai   Reporting Manager : Head - Residential Marketing and Sales  Position Description : Will be based in Chennai - Residential projects of Embassy Group  Key Responsibilities of the Role :   - Product research, Consumer research & competition mapping and sharing recommendations with Sales and HO team  - Create brand/marketing plan in co-ordination with respective Sales and HO marketing team to establish the brand and generate quality leads  - Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.  - Strategic tie ups (sports/culture/concierge/Spa etc) to ensure product offering enhancements from time to time  - Lead generation  - Analysis of marketing campaign and leads post launch in terms of ROI and lead conversion metrics  - Procure and manage external marketing agencies/ vendors as required.  - Digital Marketing Strategy Creation  Key Skills, Experience and Background :  - Excellent communication skills  - MBA with 6+ years of experience in real estate Marketing and Brand Management in a premier organization  - Candidates should have had hands-on experience on marketing launches, using marketing channels to create qualitative - quantitative value for the brand, anchoring research & consumer insights, exposure to brand management practices, proven marketing strategy execution capabilities.  Preferably From Industry : Real Estate Developers, FMCG, Services
