- Providing legal advice and opinions on a host of issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the company under Direct and indirect Taxation, Regulatory Laws, Corporate Laws, IPRs and various central and state government level policy notifications etc.   - Brief solicitors and counsel for conducting cases, making appearances before tribunals, quasi judicial authorities, drafting/vetting various types of agreements, petitions, plaints, written statements, legal notices etc.  Qualification  - Full time LLB from a recognized University with additional qualification of CA, CS or CMA  - Total post - Qualification experience of minimum 15 years with at least 5 year of corporate exposure.  - Candidates must have in-depth exposure at work in contracts, intellectual property, civil, Income Tax, Service Tax, Excise, VAT and labour procedures.  - Exposure in handling cases related to FSSAI, Weights & Measures Act is required.  - They should also possess requisite skills and ability at legal research and drafting of pleadings and opinions.
