We are looking for a Business Manager who will be responsible for expanding the organization's subscription based products. This position will work in coordination with the US based products team and make sure the organization meets its revenue projection.  Work Timing : 2 pm to 10 pm   Job Duties :   - Owns up and reports on key business metrics, like new customer acquisition, renewal rates, customer churn etc. He/ She will be working with a large marketing and sales teams to help with the same.  - Responsible for meeting the annual and quarterly revenue targets set for the product line.  - Sets up processes to automate/streamline customer acquisition and retention.  - Works closely with US sales and customer support teams to understand the customer pulse and recommend product innovations based on that.  - Help expand the business on the enterprise/bulk sales side by providing researched leads to the US sales team.  Key Skills:  - Hands on experience in managing subscription based business revenues.  - Also, hands on experience with data analysis and handling data from complex systems.  - Should be aware of online marketing and how to sell products online. Though they need not have hands on experience in this area.  - Devising the best way to develop/track data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.  - Experience working with USA staff and very strong written and spoken communication skills  - Experience working with marketing automation tools like Hubspot and Salesforce will be preferred.  Salary Offered : 8 - 17 LPA
