Current role is definitely not limited to the description below and entails every opportunity to quickly grow to the top of the organization.   Role  - Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory   - Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners/I-CSPs.  - Own very aggressive targets for expanding the network, customer acquisition, transaction value and revenue from services new to the market.  - Ensure consistent beat of internal and external sales staff and consistent performance by the channel.  - Manage relationship with local vendors and partner Bank's local branches. Be responsible for profit and loss from the assigned territory.  Qualifications  - MBA (Sales or Marketing) from Tier 1 management institutes.  - 2- 3 years of experience in channel management in FMCG/ Banking/ Insurance sector.  Essential Skills  - Very good communication (written, verbal and email etiquettes).  - Creative thinking, performing under pressure and ability to express are extremely important.
