E-Governance -Smart City-Pan India  - Strong documentation skills to articulate the needs of internal and external clients  - Experience in preparing concept notes, detailed project report and tender documents for e-governance projects which entail deployment of field devices, network, DC infrastructure and applications  - Experience of working with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) such as municipal corporations, preferably in software development and IT consulting projects  - Experience in IT strategy formulation, project design, and program management of technology implementation   - Understanding of government procurement cycle and stages such as project report preparation, tender preparation, vendor evaluation  - Understanding of lifecycle cost analysis, project structuring, PPP models for large IT projects   - Knowledge about smart city mission of government of India and global paradigms in smart city solutions
