Job Summary:

- The position is responsible for managing national level sales process for admissions for the institution

- Manage a team of admissions manager / counselors and develop various channels for student acquisition

- Responsible for strategy formulation and leading of the Annual Marketing Plan.

- Executing effective digital marketing program for increasing reach, building awareness and lead generation.

- Designing various collateral for Brand Building

- Provide leadership to the admissions team to strategize admission process and achieve targets-

- Analyze performance of various admission channels and design sales avenue mix and budget.

- Manage a large team of field tele sales /sales staff and channel partners.

- Build alliances with the schools, coaching centres (Test preparation) etc. for better access to the students

- Build partner network in top cities - prospect, select, on board.

- Participation in various admission fairs for generating leads and convert them into admissions

- Managing relationships with key stakeholders in academics leadership

- Able to present analytics on registrations and offer rejection rate study

Desired Profile :

- Post-graduation in management or other related areas

- More than 10 years of experience in B2C sales in multiple channel environment

- Highly result oriented sales professional with excellent team management skills-

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work

- Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills, excellent communication skill.
