For more detail pls go through www.edac.co.in  Job Responsibilities :  - Responsible for overall sales strategy & driving the sales-function towards achieving sustained competitive advantage and deliver the requisite revenue, profit margins and customer experience.  - Ensure effective sales funnel management & Institutionalization of sales plan, sales processes and policies to improve core business metrics.  - Identify and evaluate high-priority locations in the assigned territory by generating regular insights about the location and initiate targeted action to achieve the sales plan.  - Monthly / Quarterly sales forecasting and sales funnel management.  - Leverage existing relations with schools as well as developing own relations with existing and potential clients in various locations which are assigned to the sales head independently.  - Review trainings, sales policies & incentives for the sales team.  Credentials :  - Should have minimum 6-8 years experience in concept sales handling high value products.  - Should be well versed with different sales models, practices & processes.  - Should have handled a large portfolio size.  - Should have a strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit with passionate for education.  - Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills required with an ability to recruit & lead large teams
