Designation : eCommerce Manager/Manager - Marketplaces  Job Location - Jaipur  Salary : 8 LPA to 12LPA  Industry - Home Decor & Kitchen  Job Profile -  We are hiring an - E-Commerce Manager- for one of our clients who are one of the biggest exporters in India in home decor and kitchen category.  We are looking for a sales and goals oriented personality with successful track record in e-commerce industry.   Specific Responsibilities for this role include the following :   - Able to handle end to end online operations management.  - Experience in managing the backend operations for all the e-commerce portals.  - Able to manage daily order processing, inventory management and logistics.  - Must have experience of handling a team.  - Responsible for Marketplace management, online promotions, online sales across India, and globally.  - Understand latest market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor analysis  - Monitor website metrics to foresee trends and keep tabs on traffic.  - Create long term strategies with e-tail channels and the Sales Head SPOC for E-Commerce accounts.   - Delivering sales targets preparing volume forecasts and plans   - Working with the team to provide the vision and direction to maintain and grow organisation retail reach via marketplaces.  - Improve share of visibility vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on consumers.   - Content Syndication, Ensuring Proper articulation, communication on product Pages to increase conversions.  - Seamless implementation of pricing policies, lead management and e-tail partner management initiatives.  - Building reference architecture for E-Commerce capability  - Identifying technology components and relevant tools to accelerate client's E-Commerce platform  - Hands on experience in inventory management  - Create strategy and plan to build distribution with existing and new e-commerce customers by creating, managing and optimizing listings for all marketplaces  - Collaborate with the account managers of different marketplaces and build relations with them to implement promotions and exclusive deals  - Well equipped with the processes of major e-commerce chains like Flipkart, Amazon.in, Urban Ladder, Amazon.com, Ebay.com and all the other global platforms.  - Comfortable with - hands-on- day-to-day management of tasks, resolution of problems and issues and experience in implementing action plans to meet objectives. Equally comfortable in generating a 3-year strategic vision and a weekly sales report.  - Must be aware of best global practices in e-commerce.
