Job Purpose: As a Marketing Manager, the candidate has three primary tasks:  - Assist Business Development team as a support function for Sales  - Collaborate with Product Development team in developing new features/products  - Increase Brand Equity of Ecolibrium Energy and its various products and solutions.  Key Result Areas:  - Market Intelligence through client feedback's, client meetings, primary and secondary market research, competitor analysis and inputs from on ground staff (service team/channel partners etc.)  - Marketing Collateral content development like product presentations, solution presentations, case studies, videos etc.  - Event Management through creation and attendance in focused events related to IoT, Smart Grids etc. and liaise with various local industrial associations.  - Marketing Communication through PR activities, Social Media, Direct Mailers and other outreach campaigns  - Website maintenance and assist in product pricing.  Desired skills/knowledge:  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Good negotiation skills  - Tech savvy with good insights about the recent trends in energy industry  - Has a beginner skill in working with graphics software such as Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator etc.  - Self-motivated and collaborative in nature  - Task oriented with and a stickler for deadlines
