Should have worked with automation tools and GPS technology.  Job description :  - Should independently manage the entire transport gamut of Pune.  - Should be able to lead and motivate the entire transport team, its vendors, contract staff and the drivers.  - Should be able to clearly define, roles, responsibilities, detailed KRA's and be able to track performances on month on month basis.  - Regularly conduct Vendor Performance and fleet management for all contracted vendors.  - Weekly reviews with the vendors on each vendors performance with their service, attendance, compliance, drivers hygiene, behaviour of the vendor staff, background check of the vendor staff and supervisors with the local police station for initiating the process of issuing ID cards to the drivers plying cabs with American Express.  - Conducting weekly audits with the team and surprise checks to ensure the SLA's are met.  - Regular checks to maintain the highest security standards in the industry.  - Regular monitoring and training for all the drivers on safe driving and behaviour while performing duty as this process has a direct impact on the internal customer satisfaction, security and safety of the employees.  - Internal customer satisfaction which is basically monitored by conducting regular MTM's, HR feedback, CSAT portal, etc. to understand the problems and issues in day to day operations and work closely on the best possible solutions to enhance good customer experience without impacting the cost and efficiency.  - Additional responsibility to overlook the complete implementation of the in-house built eTMS software and regularly coordinating with the software team for enhancing the output.  - Regular MIS, data analysis, ways of improvements, resource optimization and cost reduction.  - Ensuring adherence to all local laws, NASCOM guidelines and Industry best practices.  - To mitigate any operational issues and challenges with proper systems and processes to ensure no re-occurrence.  - The incumbent should be Self-motivated, go getter with excellent communication skills.  - The incumbent should have worked on transport automation tools, GPS technology and other tools.
