We are looking for professional in Investment Banking domain who have been working in financial services, highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up.   Job Description:  - Exposure to Legal Docs, IDSA Master Agreements (MA), Credit Support Annexures (CSA- s), Contract Data Utility Team, Legal clause Analysis, Legal Linkage   - Understand the documents and data, data model and be able to compare across document, and database; reconciliation and additional attributes to be captured  - Define and document business requirements   - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications   - Perform all levels of data analysis, including data mappings, data feeds, data modelling (both relational and message), and data transformation as related to an Enterprise Environment   - Develop fully defined logical and physical data models as related to assigned task and/or project   - Document technical requirements, system diagrams, and other deliverables   - Attend system design reviews with developers, quality assurance testers and end users   - Conduct impact assessment on applications when new functions/features are proposed or designed  - Be involved with project plans detailing the expected level of effort and time required and consistently meet the allocated milestones  - Take the initiative to suggest new standards, implement new strategies and take on special projects  - Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows  - Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team  - Assisting the project managers and development managers to keep project status information up to date, to identify risks and mitigate against them  Basic Requirements :   - Must have strong communication and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential   - Must have cross-functional business and application knowledge   - Must have enough technical background to be able to create proper functional requirements and detail specifications.   - Must be able to take direction well but work independently, and have the ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.   - Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, personal integrity, problem solving ability   - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) tools   - Conceptual understanding of RDMS concepts  - Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks   - Ability to think creatively   - Ability to lead meetings  Interested candidates please revert back   Reema Ahuja
