- Implement, enhance & sustain CRM programs on LPaaS for leading retail brands in India & globally   - Lead implementations of CRM programs with effective engagement with Clients, including creating of delivery/implementation plans for such programs.   - Author change management process & SLAs. Prepare estimations for customizations & obtain sign/off on implementation of the same from Clients.   - Manage a team of Implementation Managers & Analysts to ensure all implementations meet the client requirements & service standards of the organization.   - Communicate effectively with the LPaaS product team, QA & process analysts.   - Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed   - Identify production and non-production application issues   - Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize implementations of LPaaS CRM programs   - Provide technical guidance and consultation to LPaaS support team
