Ideal Profile:

- B-Tech/BE/ M Tech/ MS from premier institutes/universities - IIT strongly preferred

- 6- 10 years experience in web/mobile development - startup experience is a huge plus

- Led engineering/product teams with project management experience

- Positive, action-oriented and willing to work extended hours

- A perfectionist that is passionate about code with zero tolerance for minor bugs

Skills Required :

- Thorough knowledge of various stacks, platforms, frameworks etc. to chart out the most efficient delivery on various initiatives

- A healthy mix of experience across .NET development and one more technology will be preferred - Java, Python, PHP, RoR

- Mobile App development experience - Mobile Platforms, Mobile / Tablet Apps, sophisticated Personalization and Recommendation Engine.

- Strong hold in backend development and algorithms

- Experience in building large scale system designs

- Ability to pick-up any new language / frame-work / protocol

- Strong hold in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

- Experience with debugging tools like selenium, xdebug

- Familiarity with configuration of server in UNIX+Windows Environments
