Job Description:  Head of Lending Operations is a key core to business operations role for running the lending operations and risk modeling. Person eligible for this role must have exceptionally strong understanding on retail lending in india, worked in personal lending/loan, unsecured credit and/or credit card companies heading operations or senior management roles in operations and underwriting teams. Key understanding of risk modeling, collections and recovery management and overall business operations for lending is utmost important.  Responsibilities:  - Senior Banking professional(or leading institutional background) with experience of 15 + years in banking operations in various spheres and equipped with requisite skills in Management with qualifications   - As a Head of Leading Operations, this role encompasses business growth, modernizing lending operations, service delivery, relevant underwriting and nurturing a large team for delivering one the best in class operations and underwriting operations.  - Person must have a proven track record of establishing systems/ procedures, thereby contributing in a major way towards prudent underwriting and customer management.  - Proficient in handling operations in compliance to the rules and regulation laid by various governing bodies.  - Well conversant with the dynamics of Local market segment, risk profiling rules, consumer profiling and financial scoring (CIBIL,Equifax etc)  - An effective communicator with good problem solving & relationship management skills.  - Lead a team of skilled banking professionals.  Qualifications:  - Worked for Banking/NBFC with core operations background in unsecured credit/lending including personal loans, credit cards etc  - Post graduate in business management   - Strong experience on product implementation on banking products. knowledge on processes related to product management, underwriting systems, and worked with IT teams to provide solution architecture beyond underwriting.  - Deep knowledge of risk profile and has lead a team for risk profiling in unsecured credit  - Should have managed large teams of more than 100 people   Compensation: Rs.20-25,00,000 per annum   About EarlySalary.com  EarlySalary.com is a new age NBFC linked lending platform that will change the way loans in India are taken.
