We are having a requirement for one of our esteem client & herewith sharing the job details;  Company: The Group is a global infrastructure major with interests in Airports, Energy, Highways and Urban Infrastructure sectors.   Position Title: Executive Assistant to CEO  Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager  Location: Bangalore  - The Job profile requires close working with the CEO along with respective business heads in order to achieve Strategic & Operational objectives.   - The profile requires multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.   - The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the Senior management/ CEO’s  Key Accountabilities:  Facilitate & Support CEO for management control and Review:  - Facilitate and implement management control, & review as per agreed schedule for the sector responsible for, from CEO's office  - Preparation of Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan for Sector(s)  - Half year Sector Review   - New Business decisions and bidding related inputs (Go/No Go)  - Strategies formulation  Plan and facilitate reviews as per requirement and CEO's site visits and reviews, provide critical inputs on issues:  - Ensured regular cycle of site visit and review for all the projects that are being implemented  - Undertake independent site visit to understand and sensitize CEO about challenges /issues at sites  - Ensure monitoring and follow up on the actions points as per agreed time lines by the project /sector  - Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from CEO's office  External and Internal Communication Support:  - Prepare all the CEOs Speeches and Talks for external events (CEO as Chief Guest, Keynote Speaker, Interviews, Articles etc…)  - Prepare internal communications for Group like CEO Speaks, Group level mails etc.  Interacting and information gathering/sharing with top management balancing the personality of each members is the biggest challenge:  - High level of Emotional maturity, Integrity, Confidentiality in dealing with People across the group  - Excellence communication & presentation skills  - High level of computer literacy.  Educational Qualifications and Experience:  - B.E./B.Tech. + MBA from premier B-Schools  - Total experience about 8 -12 years with at least 5 years in a similar role with a senior executive or a strategic planning role  Please share your updated resume with the following details:  Total Experience: Name of the present company:  Present Designation: Experience in the present Company: Present CTC: Expected CTC: Present Location: Notice Period:  Shortlisted candidates will be called to discuss further.
