Key Result Areas:

Finance & Accounts

- Finalization and consolidation of books of accounts on quarterly, half yearly and annually, monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation, party reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

- Overseeing financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss a/c, age-wise accounts payables and receivables statements and balance sheets.

- Supplier bill processing and control over their payment.

- Scrutiny and analysis of sundry creditors ledger and ensuring control over advances.

- Reviewing financial viability & authorising purchase order / work order.

- To ensure compliance of all statutory compliance, timely payment of statutory dues timely submission of statutory returns.

- Managing Tax determination for employees of the company.

- Determining financial objectives and designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate financial control.

Fixed Assets management and ensure all assets are being depreciated as per their actual running life.

- Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements, ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements.

- Dealing with the banks regarding forex payments and release of documents.

- Preparing the CMA data for the banks and overseeing the submission with the banks.

Project Evaluations & Financing

- Undertaking projects for improving operating efficiency and handling project evaluation of investments.

- Ensuring adherence with the corporate policies and governance while releasing the order.

- Processing and documenting the client requirements, solution proposed.

- Assessing the financial viability of project, cost of the product, break even point calculations and calculating the profitability of the projects.

Auditing & Taxation

- Attending to Internal / Statutory / Government Audit; evaluating the internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors.

- Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes (TDS, FBT, Service tax etc) and filing of returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance.

Budgeting & MIS

- Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

- Compile monthly reports to analyze actual performance with the budgets and point out variations, if any.

- Preparing the MIS reports, cash & fund flow statement and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance.

- Developing new MIS Formats as per the information required by the Management

Profile: CA/ ICWAI with 7-9 yrs experience

Location: Ashti, Maharashtra (approx. 500 km from Nagpur)
