Reporting to : VP - Operations

No. of direct Sub-ordinates : 01

Primary Function: Purchasing, Negotiation & Inventory Record Maintenance.

Brief Job Description: Will be responsible for:-

1. Procurement based on resources and urgency.

2. Negotiations with vendors, manufacturers and agencies to obtain the best combination of price, quality, quantity, delivery, terms of payment and reliability of supply.

3. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

4. Ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

5. Ensure that all policies & procedures are adhered to.

6. Monitor and maintain inventory records of all the purchases made.

7. Follow-up on complaints received from receiving, stores and user departments about the products and obtain corrective actions from the vendors.

Total Experience & Education Qualification:

4 Years in EPC Companies.

Must be a Graduate.

Knowledge, Certificate, Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong negotiation skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

3. Good drafting and communication skills.
