Primary Function :

Responsible for Home and Personal care business in South Asia including sales and new application development

Brief Job Description :

- Develop and drive sales and marketing strategy in all the product/ business lines - textiles, detergents, personal care and leather processing.

- Achieve sales objectives for all the product/ business lines in home & personal care segment.

- Manage key accounts by understanding requirements and establishing relationship at senior levels

- Drive application development for all the home and personal care product lines in South Asia

- Manage, coach & inspire sales team to accomplish & exceed business objective while creating & maintaining a high group morale.

Job Qualifications :

Education Qualification & Years of Experience :

- B Tech/ Masters in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related areas. Strong understanding of enzymes will be a plus

- At least 10 years of experience in handling sales and business development in textiles processing, detergents, personal care, FMCG, ingredients for FMCG industry or related areas.

- At least 3 years of the above experience should include leading a sales / business team with direct and indirect reports.

- Additional experience in marketing/ strategy or product development will be a strong plus

Other Requirements :

- The role requires working with a broad group of people externally and internally and the person should have excellent influencing skills to align objectives with this group.

- Able to influence & work collaboratively to create ownership amongst different support functions like Supply, Applications in tactical and strategic business directions.

Percentage Travel :

This will require 41% to 70% travel
