DuPont - AM - Sourcing - Operations Leader

Job Scope includes:

- Assume line management responsibility for a team of typically 8- 10 Procurement Specialists/Sr.Procurement Specialists who provide Sourcing Process Support to Sourcing & Logistics Team & Clients.

Job involves:

Providing Buying, Transaction, Strategic & Analytic support by performing wide Range of Direct & Indirect Commodity work requests using broader knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement.



- Driving Fundamental Improvements in Commodity Areas.



- Significant interaction with US Sites, Suppliers, Sourcing Managers & Buyers

- Work Closely with Suppliers, Buyers, Sourcing Managers and Sites to provide Procurement Support.

- Serve as the first escalation point (both as people manager & SME) within the team and for S&L and Clients

Skill Sets/Experience:

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills

- Overall at least 7 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement domain, with at least 2 years in People Management/Leadership

- Experience in SAP Materials Management

- Experience in Sourcing & Procurement Domain
