Key Activities / Accountability :   Selling & Relationship Management :  To ensure we win and develop Major Accounts customers and provide solutions that will meet the needs of the customers  - Ensures correct levels of DOTZOT Management are in contact at the right level within the Major Account customers   - Identifies new and existing business opportunities/solutions (including corrective action plans) with Major Account customer within their portfolio  - Develops the business solutions that fit with the identified business opportunities and DOTZOT capabilities  Customer Relationship Management :  To keep Major Account customers through consistently focusing on reviewing and improving customer relationships through building lasting relationships.  - Forms professional and appropriate, face-to-face, relationships at senior level in existing and prospect Major Account customers within their portfolio   - Manages and maintains regular contact with the customer at all appropriate levels  - Agrees appropriate times to review the performance of the account with the customer and Line Management  - Manages and maintains up-to-date records of all customer information and activities on the central sales system  Customer Action Planning :  To develop, implement and maintain customer action plans that detail for each new and existing customer how the relationship will be developed to improve their profitable revenue contribution to DOTZOT.  - Develops an action plan for each existing and prospect Major Account within their portfolio  - Regularly reviews and updates customer action plans to reflect any changes (positive or negative)  - Proposes revenue and EBIT targets for each Major Account Customer in their portfolio   - Monitors achievement of revenue and EBIT budgets and targets per individual Major Accounts.  - Establishes appropriate relationships and communicates with other relevant functional areas  - Timely Billing, Bill Submission, Collection and CoD Remittance & Reconciliation  - Ensure that the Commercial and Billing departments submit correct and timely billing and the customer pays our dues on times.  - Also, ensure that CoD dues of the customer are paid by us as per the agreed schedule and remittance is done periodically.  Essential Educational and Experience :  - Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferable  - 8-10 years Business to business selling & negotiation skills experience  - Communication capability up to senior management level, both internally and externally  - Ability to interpret business data and employ information effectively both internally and externally  - Fluent use of written and spoken English  - Basic Computer Skills- Power Point, Word and Excel
