Visit us at http://drinkgoodness.com for more information.   The Role Expects You To :  - Demonstrate deep understanding of consumer, competition, category and trade channels  - Be a disruptive thinker and diligent doer.  Key Responsibilities :  - Develop and own brand plans, go-to-market strategies, marketing plan and marketing budgets  - Conceptualize and drive ATL, BTL, digital, social media and PR activities  - Support sales team through Trade Marketing activities  - Manage internal resources and third party marketing agencies and vendors for advertising, media purchases, online marketing, print collateral, displays, signage, videos, direct mail, on-site and off-site events, communication with owners, and marketing programs as appropriate  Experience :  - 4 to 8 years of relevant marketing experience in an FMCG company.   - Social Media expertise including, but not limited to - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat  - Strong communication skills to review copy and creatives  - Experience in agency management
