You must have experience across PR, internal communication, CSR and marketing communications.   - Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for measuring, maintaining & improving the quality of outreach, in the process working with internal operations, technology and business teams as needed. You must have first-class copy-writing and proof-reading skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You should have the experience to identify media opportunities, ability to tell stories and to craft communication plans for innovative products which are revolutionizing the Indian automobile industry. Candidates who think on their feet, and delight in innovative yet effective solutions should apply.   An ideal candidate will possess following :  1. 10 to 15 years of progressive career experience in the field of PR  2. Develop a communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics  3. Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media  4. Responsible for handling a team of PR professionals and working with key stakeholders including but not limited to business heads to develop a media relations plan for operational milestones and our practices  5. Managing the agency relationships  6. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media  7. Manage media inquiries and interview requests  8. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis  9. Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness  10. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them  11. Coordinating all public relations activities  12. Responsible for managing stakeholder communication internally  13. Responsible for execution of the plan and use agencies appropriately  14. This role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and communication goals assigned  15. Responsible for prudently managing the budgets allocated  16. The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand droom core business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices  17. Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations  18. Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis  19.
