Job Description:  - The Marketing Communications Specialist assists the AGM- Marketing in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities. We are looking for Result-Oriented and Passionate Professionals with Digital Experience and Excellent communications skills.   Responsibilities:  - Identify relevant emerging trends in the digital landscape. Present new ideas and key changes to executive leaders to ensure alignment of business priorities.  - Serve as a thought leader and advisor to team on activation in digital channels, including website development, engagement, social, personalization, mobile, application development and integration opportunities across channels.  - Drive increased web traffic and conversions through landing page optimization. (Continuous A/B testing and reporting).  - Lead the development and management of online marketing campaigns that satisfy a variety of criteria including brand awareness, traffic generation, lead generation, and conversion optimization.  - Lead the development and reporting of digital metrics, setting standards, monitoring and tracking social media and other digital marketing analytics utilizing ongoing dashboards to measure progress and maximize ROI.  - Assist in creation of marketing collaterals including brochure, website, fliers, videos, PR articles.  - Act as a liaison with external agencies including PR firms, Media Outlets and Industry bodies.  Requirements:  - Demonstrated strategic leadership and functional expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), display, social, email, and content marketing.  - Technology savvy and MBA is a must.  - Ability to think strategically, analyze a problem and develop tactics/strategies to drive growth.  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills.  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, work independently, while remaining a team player.  - 2+ years of online marketing experience.  CTC Offered: INR 6 - 9 LPA
