Tech./M Tech in IT / Computers Science / equivalent degree preferred.  Preference Of Professional Background:  - At least 5+ years of similar experience  - Should have handled Small and medium business accounts / coordinated product implementation /Vendor management for Software or IT implementation at at least 7-8 sites.  - Experience of IT management / implementation at Contact Centers would be an added advantage. B2B Direct Solution Sales (CRM, ERP, Telephony, Contact Center, Banking etc).  Job Description:  Client Management:  - Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue from cross selling and up selling.  - Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. Hardware pre-requisites, Solution requirements, client IT practices) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.  - Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, coordinating with product support team and the sales managers in getting the desired deliverables.  - Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.  - Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.  Business Development and Cross Selling:  - Responsible for revenue generation from cross selling and upselling and continuously in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Sales Managers.  - Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.  - Reports to the Regional Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis  Team Management:  - Responsible for guiding and nurturing teams of around 5-8 individuals.   Skills Required: 	 - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  - Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships  - Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)  - Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator  - High level of initiative and work well in a team environment  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Can work under stress and handle stringent client timelines
