Capability to lead business process improvement engagements, Lean six Sigma projects, driving management of change and ensuring realization of benefits.  Key Responsibilities:  1) Understand and map business requirement & develop functional specifications  2) Conceptualization of innovative Business Solutions leveraging appropriate technology to meet business requirements and enhance business value  3) Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners  4) Building capability and thought leadership in different identified domains and emerging /existing technology areas  5) Building and management of IT Infrastructure in Emerging Market countries  6) Implement IT policies & procedures, maintain robust IT system in accordance with them  7) Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value  8) Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Benefit Realization assignments  Operating Network  Internal: Head IT & BPE Emerging Markets, Emerging Markets IT & BPE Teams (Infrastructure, Compliance, Application, SAP and CRM Leads) at Hyderabad & each country, Corporate IT (IT Security, BPE, SAP team) External: All BU/Regional/Functional heads, Software and hardware vendors, Vendor project management teams, Auditors  Technical Requirements: Sound knowledge of Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management, Infrastructure Management & Security  Educational Qualifications: MBA/Engineer (Information Technology) from premier B-schools/Engineering Institution.
