HR Lead, Organization Effectiveness

Context

- Organization Effectiveness is one of the core Center of Excellence (COE) functions in Human Resource at Dr Reddy's. We have embarked on the journey of role based organization (RBO) as first step to organization design. As a next step we'll continue to anchor interventions in the area of organization diagnosis & development, employee engagement, role and structure design, including competencies (Functional).

- Driving common agenda and at same time provide flexibility to business

- Converting the concept to process and executing the same with buy-in from stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will drive People Process agenda related to Organization Effectiveness. Some of the key responsibilities would be as follows:

Organisational Design:

- Facilitate interventions in structure & role clarity exercise. Provide Knowledge & tools to Business HR to execute the Organization design intervention and link them to Business Productivity. Build Processes around interventions and ensure that the Business HR professionals are trained on implementing the tool kit.

Organization Development :

- Anchor the Organization Climate/ Culture Survey (OCS); Organization Health Index - Diagnosis - Communication and deployment of actions plans at company level. Also help Business HR to plan and execute Employee engagement findings. Prepare regular reports and metrics for Sr Leadership on employee engagement parameters.

Employer Branding :

- Initiate participation in Employer Brand building exercise at Country and International level. Ensure organization participation and management of survey & submission of criteria requirements. Understand best practices in People process with benchmark companies and implement them. Interact & coordinate with external agencies (GPTW_ Great place to work, HBE ,Hewitt - Best Employer and many more) in
execution of the plan.

Developing Processes & Systems :

- Ensure that the Role based organization process is institutionalized through right process and technology. Build capability in HR team to execute the RBO process. Ensure that the organization design elements (role/job/positions) are well interconnected with all the HR processes through the right process design. Conduct regular HR audits with the help of BU HR to identify gaps and correct them accordingly.
