Position title : Enterprise Data Architect   Role Band : R2B/R3A  Reporting to : Senior Director & Head, Analytics  Location : Hyderabad, India  Key Responsibilities:  Basic Qualification:  - Would be part of IT BPE (Information Technology - Business Process Excellence) team in the Analytics team  - To understand the key data sources across the organization and define/ own the enterprise data warehousing and big data architecture strategy  - Overall ownership of the existing functional data marts, ETL processes   - Owns the enterprise data architecture  Experience Required:   - 8+ years of experience internet/large scale implementations of data warehouse, ETL and BI  - 2+ years- experience managing Business Intelligence Engineering or Data Engineering team  - Solid understanding of the data lifecycle and governance processes with an ability to define a fit-to-purpose yet scalable architecture   - Strong hands-on experience working on data modelling, DW design and exposure to broad range of tools and technologies in the space (Like Talend, SAP-BODS, Kettle etc.)  - Strong data modelling skills and excellent knowledge of Oracle SQL, Linux.  - 10-15 years of Data Modelling, ETL and database architecture/ design  - Hands on expertise to data management platforms (preferably SAP BODS, Talend, Flume/Sqoop etc.) and big data platforms (Hadoop, Cassandra, Redshift etc.)   Preferred Skillsets:  - Data Analytics experience in managing large (Terabytes) data sets  - Experience with Star Schemas, Dimensional Models and Data Marts  - Hands on expertise on Hadoop, Cassandra, Redshift, SAP HANA  - Experience working with Distributed databases and AWS or other cloud technologies  Operating Network:   - Business Analysts across functions  - Reporting/Analytics & Data Science team (Internal & External partners)  - External partner teams  Educational Qualifications:   UG : B.Tech/BE and PG : MBA / PGDM/MCA  Key functional attributes:  - Delivery oriented  - Organized  - Mentoring Team  - Crisis Management  Key behavioural attributes:  - Ownership  - Bias for action  - Being Self-Critical - Should be able to identify the reasons for failure, admit and work backwards to improve it  - Deep Dive  - Delivers Results
