Role: HR Facilitator  Designation: AM/ Manager  Reporting To: FTO 6 & 8 HR Head  Location: FTO 8, Baddi  Context:  FTO-8 is a key plant in the overall FTO organization. Currently, it has a workforce of about 300 including contract staff. We are looking for a dynamic resource in the HR team who could play a key role in the exciting journey of FTO 8.   What makes this assignment interesting:  - Support the location in becoming one of the best Manufacturing facilities across FTO’s   - Hire the best of talent to enhance business sustainability & build capabilities for future   - Build continuous pipeline of Plant leadership team, and grow talent internally,   - Implement SMT philosophy   - Build a culture of continuous learning   Key Responsibilities:  - Organisational Effectiveness: Undertake interventions in structure, role clarity, manpower planning & productivity and diversity management  - Talent Management: Drive the talent management agenda including periodic reviews with site leadership on talent landscape and possible gaps. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team in closing the gaps, including participating in SMT recruitment drive and facilitating the induction process. Ensure job rotation and career development plans are implemented.   - Performance Management: Implement the performance management system (PerfECT) cycle. Train the first line managers on performance review and coaching skills. Ensure performance issues are addressed, including consequence management. Implement rewards and recognition mechanism at the location. Ensure execution of PIP process & its closure.  - Engagement: Conduct open houses and ensure skip level meetings are held. Redress employee queries and grievances within the agreed turnaround time. Implement “Fun at Workplace” and other employee engagement activities.   - HR MIS & Analytics : To ensure HR MIS is maintained & updated timely, analyze & present the plant HR data (attrition, hiring, promotion, performance rating trends, manpower cost, manpower count, productivity metrics)for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews   - Capability Building: Facilitate implementation of capability building programmes. Develop the training matrix for the site and facilitate delivery through in-house capability or external faculty. Work closely with Plant leadership team on interaction with high potential employees & develop their IDP in consultation with Plant Head.  - Compliance Management : Manage Statutory Compliance at the site along with handling the GMP SOP compliance.  - Change Agent: Facilitate change management around large scale organizational initiatives  - Administration: Manage the local administration at the site, negotiations and finalization of contracts with vendors, monitor usage of budget, evaluate administrative processes for efficiency and effectiveness  Operating Network:  - Internal: Plant function heads, BU HR Heads, BU HR team members, Corporate HR team members  - External: Partners, Vendors & training institutes  Educational Qualifications: Preferably an MBA - HR or Master of Social Work (MSW) with good academic credentials  Experience Required: 5 - 8 years of work experience (Preferably in HR / Manufacturing area)  Key Personal Attributes:  - Passionate about people development; self motivated with excellent execution skills  - A strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence & persuade others  - Excellent interpersonal skills; high level of proficiency in networking internally and externally  - Committed, result oriented & should have good influencing abilities  If you are keen on exploring this opportunity, please forward CV with current CTC, expected CTC and notice period with current employer.
