Role: HR Facilitator   Designation: AM/ Manager  Reporting To: Unit HR Manager   Location: Hyderabad   Context   The FTO-3 plant in Hyderabad is Dr.Reddy's flagship site for oral solids manufacturing and is USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA-8000 approved. It is the first plant in India to be OHSAS 18001 approved. Draw the action plan in consultation with Unit HR Head. Pro-actively sense and addressing employee grievances within the agreed turnaround time. Arrange Focus group discussions & ensure skip level meetings are held. Implement “Fun at Workplace” and other employee engagement activities.   - HR Operations: Review joining, confirmations, transfers, exits, separations and settlements. Review leave records of employees to determine adherence to policy. Review of master data for accuracy and relevance. Ensure effective on-boarding of new employees.   - HR MIS & Analytics: Timely maintenance and updation of HR MIS. Analyse the data trends (attrition, hiring, promotion, performance rating trends, manpower cost, manpower count, productivity metrics) and present in the monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.   - Learning & Development: Identify & collate training needs from PerFECT and in discussions with line managers. Develop the training matrix for the site and facilitate delivery through in-house capability or external faculty in consultation with L&D Team. Work closely with Plant leadership team on interaction with high potential employees, develop and implement their IDP's.   - Reward & Recognition: Ensure all scores are available (from all stake holders) and participate in work Team MRM. Finalise the winners and release the best work team announcement.   - Recruitment: Participate in SMT recruitment drive. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team in closing the gaps and facilitating SMT induction process.   Operating Network   Internal: Function Heads, Unit Employees, L & D Team and BU HR Teams  External: Partners, vendors and training Institutes   Educational Qualification: An MBA – HR / MHRM/ Master of Social Work (MSW)   Experience Required: 4-8 years of experience in HR & IR.
