Job Purpose :   Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies, in line with the Organization wide strategy, to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd  Key Responsibilities :   Marketing Management & Media Planning :  - To formulate a clear and compelling brand identity   - Develop and Collaborate with the sales team for effective implementation of marketing strategies   Budgeting :  - Marketing budget preparation   - Plan and regulate the expenses of the marketing activities across the Region   Merchandizing design :   - Channel merchandizing design & execution   - Brand Communication & Promotions:   - To design the communication, media planning and communication channels   - To manage communication budgets maximizing effectiveness & reach for the budget   Product launching and Brand establishment :   - Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for with a view to generate footfalls from them   Consumer & Market Intelligence :  - Ensure tracking of competitors activities, analyze the information and recommend suggestions   - Tracking the marketing performance and marketing analysis/research   Customer Feedback :  Ensure Region wide tracking of Reports, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities and recommend suggestions   Qualification :  - Should be MBA with 7 - 10 year relevant work experience   - Should be from Retail/ Healthcare / Pharma or FMCG Industry  Salary Range: 8 - 15 LPA
