The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Franchise Development & Management:
- In depth knowledge of franchisee business development and management
- Thorough understanding of processes, related to franchise revenue models, franchisee agreements and franchisee operations
- Spear headed expansion for various concepts at a PAN -India & International level by the franchise route
- Creating new Ideas for Lead Generation Finding and developing new franchisees for the business
- Responsible for the expansion, identifying the new franchise partner and extending all possible support to develop their business
- Initiating and driving regional initiatives, local activations and sales strategy
Franchisee Distribution:
- Conduct market survey, drives Identification and empanelment activity of franchisee across the region
- Scanning Entrepreneur portfolio in terms of best fit as per their resources / investments, location, experience and preferences
- Delivering sales by maximizing new franchise business development opportunities
- Reviewing the performance of the franchise partner
Franchise Roll-out:
- Property Acquisition & Roll-out of company owned clinics Patient Experience Improvement
- Head the roll-out of franchise clinics in the designated zone
- Franchisee selection & appointment
- Site evaluation & selection as per company parameters
- Head & Monitor for all pre-opening activities
- Plan clinic launch as per timeline
Operations:
- Managing & Driving franchisee owners on monthly sales targets as per annual business plans
- Reviewing the execution of franchise development plan, franchise selection & due diligence, franchise setup & smooth operations
- Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals
- Aiding in achieving the set business targets in terms of overall financial targets, franchise productivity, servicing levels & relationship management
- Organizing various training modules for franchisees & their staff
- Maximizing the franchise productivity & bringing them to an expected level of productivity
- Identify new Investors, build and maintain business relationships
- Continuously monitor clinic performance, evaluate franchisee ROI and raise necessary flags to initiate remedial measures as and when required
Liaison:
- Liaise with vendors to finalize tie ups for roll out
- Coordinate with the marketing & PR team to develop pre-launch and launch plan for each clinic
- Liaise with other related functions for smooth roll-out
People Management:
- Optimising HR utilisation and cost as per budgets
- Improving productivity of resources ie Inclinics support staff at regional level
- Developing 2nd & 3rd line leadership
