Summary of role:
- Provide domain expertise to order management and supply chain engagements by leading transition of processes to a global delivery setup, drive performance improvements by working on transformation solutions and drive revenue growth within the engagement for Infosys by expanding current opportunities or adding new business.
Education & Relevant experience required:
- Post graduate from reputed business school. Minimum 10 years of experience with at least one functional area of expertise.
- Deep domain expertise in order management and supply chain
- Experience in transitioning new engagements in the order management and supply chain processes
- Experience in driving transformation and performance improvements in order management and supply chain processes
- Experience in solution design & pre-sales activities.
- Cross cultural, Analytical, Negotiation, Presentation and Business development skills.
Areas of Responsibility ‘Role 1’ - Delivery:
- Provide leadership in the following areas for customer engagements in order management and supply chain
- Domain support for delivery
- Transition new engagements
- Transformation and performance improvement
- Solution design and implementation
- Project Management
Areas of Responsibility ‘Role 2’ - Transformation:
- Lead “large scale” transformation initiatives which can realize business benefits for the client engagements.
- Work with diverse client stakeholders and operations teams to understand business challenges and identify potential solutions
- Extensive analytics activities within the SCM and S & F space.
- Extensive hands on and usage of Business Intelligence + analytics tools.
- Develop a strategic and operational road map to implement these solutions.
- Implement transformation programs by working collaboratively with stakeholders across different geographies.
