Responsibilities Include:
- Build strategy to engage pet lovers using channels such as email marketing, Twitter, Facebook, Googleplus, Youtube etc.
- Conceptualizing new products to increase repeat buying and engagement
- Identify, develop key community marketing channels to support Company brand
- Public relations - work with PR agency and manage them to get the best for the brand
- Integration with offline channels like veterinarians, pet shops, events, NGOs, shelters, individuals, trainers etc.
- Drive healthy Cohort and higher life time value of the customer
- Build a team to execute the strategies
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA Marketing with good understanding of internet marketing & technologies
- Experience in community driven internet companies is an added advantage
- Dog Owner
Other Skills:
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills combined
- Strong business and technical acumen
- Possess background knowledge and a true passion for the social media marketing space
- Must have strong verbal and writing/grammatical skills as well as ability to present information and ideas logically and clearly; keen eye for detail also required
- Ability to prioritize among similar opportunities
- Champion in execution with ability to work along cross- functional teams
- Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse team full of opinions and ideas
