Main Duties and Responsibilities  - Analysis of the books   - Reporting to management   - Producing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliation.  - Monitoring the performance of the department and drive excellent team work  - Auditing   - Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues   - Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy  - Prepare and submit information to statutory authorities including HMRC  - Prepare Payroll figures  - Manage insurances  - Develop the forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow)  - Review company internal controls and work in direction of process smoothening process redesign.  - Annual Budgeting  - Administer and control financial system and accurate book keeping.  - Visit to client place at UK and India when required.  - Managing adhoc tasks requests.  Skill, Qualification and Experience  - Qualified Accountant (CA/CIMA/ACCA)  - Able to work on modern ERP & IT systems  - Competent on Excel  - Good communicator  - Hard working  - Able to challenge the status quo and drive through changes  - Diligent with strong attention to detail  - Up to date knowledge of accounting regulations.  - Good understanding of business as well as financial issues  - Sound decision making  - 5-10 years Commercial Finance experience  - Pro active and not self profile savvy.  - Self motivated, team player and self monitored
