Manager/ Manager  Position - Sales Manager (HD-Tippers)   Reporting to : Retail Business Head/ COCO Head  Product - Eicher Tippers - Terra 25/16, Pro 6025/6031 and Pro 8025/8031  Ideal Candidate - From Tata Motors, Bharat Benz, Ashok Leyland, AMW and MAN & Having Experience oin selling Tippers & HCVs  Key Responsibilities:  - Effective management of direct Sales team to achieve desired Sales Volumes  - Lead the team from front in Strategic & Bulk deals  - Relationship building with all Key & Strategic Customers in the market and with other critical stakeholders in CV industry like Body Builders, Financers, major garage owners, etc.  - Comprehensive market mapping.  - Develop market intelligence to understand emerging market trends and new opportunities.  - Deploy effective market development plans/strategies.  - Forecast demand and manage effectively vehicle indenting/stocking.   - Ensure sales team is well trained and always up to date on new products / offerings.   - Work and interface effectively with the channel management teams for all the support required from the organization.  Competencies/ Capabilities Required :  - Effective team management & leadership  - Networking & relationship building  - Customer orientation  - Commercial Negotiation skills  - Sales planning   - Local marketing initiatives   Academic Qualifications - BE/B Tech + MBA Preferred  Experience Profile:  Min 7-10 years of relevant experience preferably from following industries : Commercial Vehicle, Mining Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Construction, Tyre, Lubricants, Tractor etc
