DM/Manager - Lateral Hiring - BFSI

Looking for DM / Manager - Lateral Hiring for a BFSI client to be based out of Mumbai

Primary Responsibilities:

- Identifying right candidates with required skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description

- Short listing the profiles sourced

- Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates and Sending them to the Hiring Manager and Re-Confirmation from candidates on the date of interview by calling each one of them

- Negotiating salary

- Follow up with candidates till Joining

- Preparing recruitment tracker/ MIS

- Post Hiring Support and Analysis

- Good communication skills

- Lateral & Volume Hiring experience - MUST
