DM - Human Capital Management with a UK Based Financial Giant in Powai - Mumbai  We are recruiting for one of our esteemed client in Mumbai please find the following details regarding the same :  Company : UK based major financial service firm  Job Location : Powai - Mumbai  Role : Deputy Manager - Human Capital Management  Responsibility :  - Support the Group Talent Functional Lead in the UK in developing frameworks, process and tool implementation.  - Experienced in talent process especially succession planning, talent review, and/or career development.   - Provide support to HCM team members located in UK on systems and data issues and assist on projects with systems impacts and regulatory related change requirements.  - Help businesses grow by aligning their people strategy with business strategy, mobilising and managing their talent and measuring and building the effectiveness of the HR function.  - Advises on all aspects of HR service delivery and transformation, designs and implements effective workforce planning and talent management processes and tools.  Experience :  - Approximately 6-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and at least 3-4 (or 2-3) years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management/Consulting based projects.
