Job Code 001 {Designation –Deputy Manager-Business Excellence}

Role

- Drive/Mentor LEAN Six Sigma initiatives

- Recommend new and innovative measures in terms of processes, productivity and system enhancements to improve quality and turnaround time

- Conduct trainings to facilitate dispersion of quality knowledge

- Client interaction to understand process requirement

- Identify and highlight potential risk areas in the process

- Liaison with different persons in operations for collating data.

- Work with Support functions and businesses to set targets/devise metrics

- To produce statistics and exception reports

- Excellent presentation skills used for making high impact leadership presentations

Experience:

- 5-7 years

- 4-6 years of experience with Process Excellence teams in Financial Services/Custody Operations Mentored at-least 4 Green Belt Projects

- Completed minimum of 1 Black Belt Project

Education

- Graduate

- MBA

Work timings: 4PM to 1AM
