JOB PURPOSE:

- Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and reviewing employer branding, sourcing and recruiting processes of the company.

- Involved in high quality implementation and management of Talent Acquisition Strategy and processes. The role requires the incumbent to provide focus and consultation to external and internal stakeholders that will ultimately culminate in a successful delivery of Talent Acquisition practice. This role will be instrumental in documentation of key Talent Acquisition processes.

- The incumbent will also be responsible for reviewing TATs, and dashboards presented to the leadership team, to enable decision making. Incumbent will be required to work with business partners in conjunction with internal/external teams on projects and initiatives.

- Will be required to participate in cross-functional teams to ensure HRIS data reconciliation and audit compliance. This position will report to the Vice President – Human Resources & Training

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Strategy

1. Understand business needs and strategy of the organization and design talent acquisition strategies

2. Meet talent needs of business based on targets from workforce plans. Obtain timely information on business needs and convert into actions for the recruitment team

3. Develop, prioritize and champion implementation of employer branding, recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives, ensure that they are in line with company’s business strategy, recruiting policies and marketing messages

4. Build strategies to analyze and interact with the talent supply pool

5. Recognize and monitor external marketplace trends and adjust overall recruiting strategy to ensure the continued ability to hire best people, timely

Policy and Process Design, Implementation and Review

1. Plan, design and implement new and innovative talent acquisition processes such as referral program,
internal job posting, social media etc

2. Continuously review talent acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Successful implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategy

1. Act as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition within and outside the organisation, answering employee queries on talent acquisition. Ensure that business is kept up to date on recruitment need status and process

2. Interface with all levels of potential sources to develop relationships that will ensure the achievement of recruiting objectives and strategies

3. Interface and build long term and short term agreements with external agencies- such as recruitment agencies, job portals, search firms, etc to source quality candidates in a timely manner

4. Act as key point of contact for all talent acquisition related queries. Ensure that business is kept up to date on recruitment need status and process

5. Manage and update recruitment infrastructure, such as MIS, employee portal, etc.

6. Development and implementation of the online applications ensuring organizational alignment and sustenance of Talent Acquisition Strategy.

7. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure common functional workflow is implemented where appropriate and best practices are shared.

Performance & Capability enhancement

1. Ensure building of knowledge (self and team) on industry and market best practices and benchmarks in talent acquisition

2. Manage performance of the Talent acquisition team, support capability building and ensure

3. Manage the talent acquisition team and Sales HR counterpart effectively to ensure that recruitment needs are met on time, processes are being followed and relevant capabilities are developed from time to time

4. Review vendor SLAs and deliverables and provide input to all strategy documents produced during the course of work

5. Ensures appropriate process and measures are in place to manage, maintain, and report on data; ensures data security and integrity

Compliance & Recordkeeping

1. Communicates company compliance requirements to vendors and ensures they are followed in totality.

2. Ensures documentation of processes and procedures , reviews periodically and updates

3. Maintains timely and accurate audit trail reports as per the guidelines defined

4. Development and administer Audit Controls and Compliance for all Talent Acquisition processes

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.

2. HR professional certification will be preferable

Experience:

1. Required a minimum of 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition area with at least 2 – 3 years of experience in designing & implementation of TA strategy for the organization

2. Should have experience in managing cross functional stakeholders and multiple projects

3. Sound understanding of HR processes and activities is must. Should have been involved in designing and implementation of key initiatives across the organization
