Position : Divisional Manager ( Die Assembly )

Divisional Manager - Die Assembly- With at reputed Tool Room for Passenger Cars

Job Description:

- Ownership of Die Assembly and Modification process

- Coordinate with Design, Process Writer, Machine shop on upstream side and Tryout as customer

- Compliance to schedule, quality and productivity targets

- Drive systems and self-certification of Die Quality check-lists

- Control and monitor rework and

- Work in advance to anticipate problems and make fall back plans to mitigate the effect of surprises in the process

- Drive Safety, 5S, discipline and efficiency

- Lead and develop team and build competency

We Require:

- Technical competence and experience of assembly of various types of Automotive Stamping Dies

- Competence to drive and monitor compliance to quality, delivery and efficiency of assembly process

- Handling of large Dies, knowledge of aggregates, adjustments and function of Die elements

- Knowledge of production process for sheet metal components

- Competence of reading 3D design from Catia and operating through on-line web based systems

- Static and dynamic checking of Dies,

- Knowledge of Safety and ergonomics and drive to pursue the same.

- Live wire professional who could bring about change in work culture
