Divisional Finance Controller - Chemical Business - CA

Key Objectives:

To ensure effective financial control over the Chemical business and play a business partner role for Chemical business

Major Deliverables:

1. Ensure effective internal financial controls in Chemical business

2. Financial accounting

3. Indirect tax compliances

4. Costing- budgeting and Business analytics

5. Support in transfer pricing

6. SEZ Compliances for Plant

7. Oversee the AP, AR function

8. Ensure MIS and Audit are completed as per timelines

Reporting to: Group CFO

Place of Posting: Bhosari

Essential Attributes:

Ability to lead a team of 6-8 team members

Effective communicator

Should be able to interact with business leaders and partner with business

Should be able to articulate and express his/her ideas and opinions and create buy-in amongst business and team members

Has knowledge about taxation, statutory and SEZ compliances

Sound accounting knowledge

Minimum Years of Experience in relevant role 10 years

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Desired type of Experience:

Candidate must have exposure to manufacturing operations, preferably chemical/pharma industry.
