The company operates different business Groups, known as a Strategic Business Business groups- Aerospace, Automation and Control Solutions (ACS), and Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT),Honeywell Technology Service (HTS).  Job Description :  - Develop sales plans and budgets, establish sales targets and goals consistent with direction from the District general manager and other stakeholders Lead the development of the sales strategy Provide input for the annual operating plan (AOP) Effectively establish sales and marketing alignment through the development of HBS STRAP initiatives that focus resources in areas of greatest sales opportunities and service conversion Actively participate in winning key orders by working with the sales representatives, prospects, subcontractors and other influencers.   - Spend at least 50% of time actively participating in sales pursuits with the sales representatives by participating on sales calls, presentations and other activities.  - Ensure margin requirements are met by reviewing, modifying and approving price quotations ensuring adherence to pricing procedures and appropriate material and labour rates.  - Facilitate District orders forecasting process on monthly and quarterly basis  - Customer Relationships  - Business Development  - Sales Tools and Processes  - People Management  Qualifications :  - B.E. / B.Tech. in electronics / instrumentation or other technical discipline or equivalent technical experience required.   - Five plus years of related support services experience in Honeywell or a related industry.   - 5-7 years supervisory knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead a team.  - Thorough knowledge of building solutions products and service management process.   - Expertise in communicating, negotiation and sales force management.  Shilpa Arora
