Responsible for secretarial and other compliances under the Companies Act, FEMA, RBI and drafting and vetting of various legal agreements during the course of business   Areas of Responsibility:-  Key elements and required results of the role  1. Independently handling the compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 of various group companies.  2. FEMA and RBI compliances.   3. Drafting and vetting various legal agreements.  4. Interfacing with Auditors, RTA and External Counsels.  External and Internal Stakeholders:-  Who is the individual accountable to, what are they accountable for -   1. Management, Minority shareholders, Auditors, External Counsels, Board and Committee members  Qualification & Experience Required:-  Number of years of Experience, Qualifications   1. Company Secretary and LL.B with minimum 3 years of experience in handling company secretarial and legal affairs.  Skills Required:-  Highlighting the key technical, language and job related skills required  1. Sound knowledge of compliances under the Companies Act,2013 (erstwhile Companies Act,1956)  2. Well versed in drafting various legal agreements.  3. Effectively co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
