Dish TV India Limited  Job Description :   Job Title : AM/DM - Taxation  Work Location:Noida  Function /Department: Taxation (Finance & Accounts)  Work Experience: 3-4 years  Minimum Qualification: CA, B.Com (H)  CTC - Negotiable  Preferred Industry / Preferred Company : Media & Entertainment, Big 4 CA Firm  Job Responsibilities :  - Upcoming GST related work and transition towards GST  - Timely filing of Service Tax Returns and TDS returns and time to time revisions thereof.  - Timely calculation and payment of monthly Service Tax liability & TDS liability.  - Calculation of Cenvat Credit reversal on monthly basis.  - Tax Audit under section 44AB.  - Data preparations for Income Tax/TDS Appeals and Assessments  - Reply & working for various notices from Service Tax Department  - Reconciliation of expenses vis-vis TDS deducted and Service Tax Impact.  - Reconciliation of revenue vis-vis Service Tax Liability  - Visit Income Tax and Service Tax Department for submission of various replies/documents  - Assisting in preparation of appeals/submissions to appellate authorities  Planned Roles & Responsibilities (KRAs) :   - Statutory tax compliance and return filing of Dish TV/group companies  - Tax Audits and Service tax Departmental Audits  - Data Preparation for Appeals and Assessments  - Reconciliation of Income with Service tax and Expenses with TDS  - TDS and service tax related queries  Key Skill Sets Required :  - CA with exposure in Taxation field preferably indirect taxes.   - CA working in Big 4 - Indirect tax division would be an added advantage.   - Exposure to Service tax Laws   - Experience in SAP  - Team work
