Experience : 3 - 5 Years  Detailed Job Description and Key result Areas :   Preparation of Quarterly / Annual Tax provision :  To provide assistance in preparation of Quarterly / Annual Tax Provision for Dish TV and Group entities :  - Timely co-ordination and exchange of information with Finance / Accounts department.  - Effective scrutiny of Books of Accounts to highlight potential issues.  - Timely assistance in preparation of draft tax provision.  - Coordinating with auditors and resolving their queries.  - Adherence to timelines and tax optimization.  Tax Returns & Statutory Reports :  To provide assistance in Preparation of :  - Annual Tax Returns  - Transfer Pricing Certificate/Report  - Tax Audit Report  For Dish TV and Group entities :  Tax Assessments :   To provide assistance in preparation and representation of Annual Tax Assessments for Dish TV and Group entities for Assessment Year 2013-14 and other years  - Timely co-ordination and exchange of information with Finance / Accounts department.  - Validation of information.  - Assistance in collating and compiling paperbook.  - Assisting in representing the matter before the Tax Authorities.  Litigation :  - To provide assistance in litigation matters related to Dish TV and Group entities for previous financial years both related to Assessment and Penalty proceedings  - Timely co-ordination and exchange of information with Finance / Accounts department.  - Assistance in preparing submissions.  - Assistance in collating and compiling paperbook.  - Assisting in representing the matter before the Tax Authorities.  - Tax Withholding Exemptions and Refunds  To provide assistance in filing applications / obtaining tax exemption certificates / tax refunds for Dish TV and Group entities :  - Coordinating with finance/accounts team to gather information and documentation.  - Validating the information.   - Assistance in preparing the application and necessary enclosures.  - Assistance in filing the application and representing the same before Income Tax Authorities.  Special Projects :  Provide assistance in implementing special projects with a short turn-around time frame in an effective manner (vis-a -vis tax aspects)  - Assistance in evaluating the prospective projects vis-a-vis tax benefits.  - Assisting in evaluating new amendments in tax laws.  CTC : 7 + LPA
